Así fue como me formé como monitora de Pilates Matt, cuya actividad tiene un punto de conexión con ciertas posturas de Yoga. Por ello me decidí a asistir a un Taller de Iniciación al Yoga en el 2012 y ahí fue cuando me “enganché” Me formé en Hatha Yoga y en la actualidad estoy dando clases.
