A note from the trainer and writer Dr Helena Chac\u00f3n<\/em><\/p>\n

Years ago, I felt a strong need to link everything I had been learning over the years about anatomy and biomechanics, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, aromatherapy and crystal therapy with yoga.
