Lo que es conocido como Yoga Ayurv\u00e9dico tiene en cuenta la descripci\u00f3n de las personas que hace la ciencia m\u00e9dica tradicional de India en \u201cbiotipos\u201d o doshas para entender que cada individuo es \u00fanico y que pasamos por distintas etapas de nuestra vida lo que lleva a la necesidad de disponer de pr\u00e1cticas de Yoga diferentes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UN MODO DE TRABAJO PARA CADA DOSHA SEG\u00daN AYURYOGA\u00ae<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los doshas Vata, Pitta y Kapha necesitan diferentes estilos de vida, alimentaci\u00f3n, fitoterapia, masaje y por supuesto pr\u00e1ctica de Yoga para encontrar el equilibrio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>*** Las personas VATA tienen predominancia de Aire y \u00c9ter por lo que el movimiento no les sienta bien. Deben realizar una pr\u00e1ctica que fomente:<\/p>\n<p>{ Lentitud (no fomentar mucho las vinyasas ni los movimientos r\u00e1pidos que da\u00f1en las articulaciones)<\/p>\n<p>{ Nutrici\u00f3n (no fomentar una pr\u00e1ctica q desgaste mucho el cuerpo)<\/p>\n<p>{ Calidez (no pasar fr\u00edo durante la pr\u00e1ctica)<\/p>\n<p>{ Humedad (no sudar mucho en la pr\u00e1ctica)<\/p>\n<p>Los estilos de Yoga m\u00e1s apropiados son aqu\u00e9llos que desarrollen la fuerza con alineamiento muscular para no lesionarse y no presenten mucho movimiento r\u00e1pido como Iyengar o Anusara as\u00ed como estilos centrados en la quietud y la relajaci\u00f3n como Yin Yoga y Yoga restaurativo con soportes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>*** Las personas PITTA tienen predominancia de Fuego y Agua por lo que el calor y la tonificaci\u00f3n muscular no les sienta bien. Deben realizar una pr\u00e1ctica que fomente:<\/p>\n<p>{ Ausencia de competitividad (ni con ella misma ni con los dem\u00e1s)<\/p>\n<p>{ Calma (no fomentar el s. nervioso simp\u00e1tico)<\/p>\n<p>{ Suavidad (no fomentar aquello que desarrolle impaciencia e irritabilidad)<\/p>\n<p>{ Frescor (no fomentar una pr\u00e1ctica que caliente mucho ni que haga sudar)<\/p>\n<p>Los estilos de Yoga m\u00e1s apropiados son aqu\u00e9llos que favorezcan el estiramiento tanto en movimiento mediante vinyasas que incorporen flexiones laterales y aperturas de caderas como est\u00e1tico como Yin Yoga o Yoga restaurativo as\u00ed como estilos devocionales como Sivananda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>*** Las personas KAPHA tienen predominancia de Tierra y Agua por lo que la elasticidad y la quietud no les sienta bien.
