No nos paramos a pensar qu\u00e9 hay detr\u00e1s de ese suceso o experiencia y c\u00f3mo la persona ha llegado a \u00e9l.<br \/>\n<span class=\"pq6dq46d tbxw36s4 knj5qynh kvgmc6g5 ditlmg2l oygrvhab nvdbi5me sf5mxxl7 gl3lb2sf hhz5lgdu\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t18\/2\/16\/1f44a.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc4a\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span> En las tradiciones orientales se usa el concepto de Karma para explicar que toda acci\u00f3n (buena o mala) tiene su re-acci\u00f3n y viaje de vuelta tanto en esta vida como en las venideras. Sobre todo estas normas \u00e9ticas son aplicadas a los dem\u00e1s, a la convivencia y el civismo. Lo que nos interesa en la pr\u00e1ctica de Yoga es influir primero en los baremos y l\u00edmites que tenemos con respecto a nosotros mismos para luego extrapolarlos a los dem\u00e1s. Hay muchas personas que tienen comportamientos autodestructivos que comienzan en el pensamiento y ni siquiera son conscientes de ellos.<br \/>\n<span class=\"pq6dq46d tbxw36s4 knj5qynh kvgmc6g5 ditlmg2l oygrvhab nvdbi5me sf5mxxl7 gl3lb2sf hhz5lgdu\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t26\/2\/16\/1f340.png\" alt=\"\ud83c\udf40\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span> En Aroma Yoga\u00ae traemos a la consciencia dichos comportamientos.
