La historia del Yoga y las disciplinas filos\u00f3ficas que le influyen son ESENCIALES para ser un buen profesor de Yoga. Y lo cierto es que muy frecuentemente los profesores no tienen base filos\u00f3fica. De hecho, observamos que est\u00e1 &#8220;como de moda&#8221; hablar de &#8220;Patanjali&#8221; como si la pr\u00e1ctica que hici\u00e9ramos hoy d\u00eda estuviera basada en sus principios de dualidad, renuncia o ascetismo y no reconoci\u00e9ramos que los profesores de Yoga postural estamos influidos adem\u00e1s de por Patanjali, por el Advaita Vedanta y el Tantra, e incluso podr\u00eda decirse que por el Budismo.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Creemos FUNDAMENTAL que un PROFESOR DE YOGA decida por s\u00ed mismo cuales son sus bases filos\u00f3ficas, y si \u00e9stas est\u00e1n m\u00e1s influidas por el Vedanta (como por ejemplo Sivananda) o por el Tantra (como es Anusara). Es una libre elecci\u00f3n pero est\u00e1 bien conocer las distintas influencias y re-plantearse las de uno mismo.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Esperamos que este diagrama te ayude a clarificar la compleja historia del Yoga.
