Frequently Asked Questions

Don’t worry about that. Life will show you the way, whether you end up teaching or not. The training course is an opportunity to explore certain topics in greater depth, to receive personalised support, to meet like-minded people, to push yourself to new heights, and so on.
We’re not interested in advanced poses. We want you to discover your Dharma, your path, and live in harmony with it. Asanas are one of the tools you’ll learn, and yes, we’ll look at some "advanced" ones, but we’ll always teach the technique step by step so that you can stay at whatever level you feel comfortable with. You are the one who decides how far to go.
Yes, the Yoga Kula school holds the highest Yoga Alliance accreditations and is registered as an RYS200 and an RYS300. This means that, once you have completed the course and passed all the assessment tests, you will be able to register with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT200.
The diploma we offer is issued by a private company (Yoga Kula S.L.) as it falls within the scope of non-regulated training. You will be able to use this diploma and the hours it covers (200 hrs) towards the professional certification exams in Yoga Instruction organised by each autonomous community. The two trainers on this course hold this certification and will be delighted to advise you.
It isn’t strictly necessary, though it is recommended. We’ll start the course with the very basics, so you can ease yourself into this wonderful discipline bit by bit and take your time. Yoga is for life.
Generally speaking, yes. It depends a bit on your limitations, but yoga is for everyone. Remember that yoga isn’t just about asanas, but if that’s what you’re worried about, the instructors will offer you alternatives and advice on how to improve your posture.
All the written and illustrated material (PDF) has been uploaded to the Holística Formación platform. It will be made available on the relevant date, and you will be able to download and print it to study at home. If you have enrolled on the Live Online option, you will be able to access the Zoom meeting via a link posted in the course programme on the Holística Formación platform on the relevant date.
You can ask any questions you may have either in person with the trainers, from home via the support FORUM, or by emailing info@yogakula.es.
The course ends on 11 June 2022, but if you don’t have time to complete everything, you have an extra year to submit your assessments.
Don’t panic. Get in touch with Holística Formación and explain what has happened. They will reactivate your course so that you can retake the modules.
You can choose to pay in instalments or in full. You can make the full payment directly via the Holística Formación platform. For payment in instalments, please contact Yoga Kula (info@yogakula.es) so that they can explain how to pay the registration fee and the remaining seminar fees. In all cases, the payment options available to you are card, bank transfer or PayPal.
Attendance is very important on this course. You may only miss one seminar for a valid reason. If you miss more than one, you will be able to continue with the course and catch up on what you missed in subsequent sessions.

Once the course has been completed, Yoga Kula® will issue:

OPTION 1. “Yoga Alliance RYT200 Diploma”, which allows you to register with the association as RYT200.
