PROBLEMS WITH REGISTRATION?

If you’re having problems with your user account, check out the common errors:

Can’t sign up for a new account?

  • Avoid using unauthorised characters in the name, such as *, &, %, etc.
  • If you get an error message, it may be that someone else is already using that username -> Choose a different username
  • If you’ve encountered any of the above errors, have fixed them, but the error keeps coming back -> Clear your browser’s cache. If you don’t know how to do this, do a Google search for “Clear the cache in Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.” It’s very easy!

Can’t log in?

  • Are you sure you already have an account with us? Just because you’ve subscribed to the newsletter to receive emails doesn’t mean you have a user account. They’re two different things. If that’s the case, you’ll need to register a new account. Click on ‘Register’ below the form
  • If you’re sure you’ve already created a user account with Holística Formación, clear your browser’s cache in case it’s storing any incorrect session data. If you’re not sure how to do this, do a Google search for “Clear the cache in Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.” It’s very easy!
