If you’re having problems with your user account, check out the common errors:
Can’t sign up for a new account?
Avoid using unauthorised characters in the name, such as *, &, %, etc.
If you get an error message, it may be that someone else is already using that username -> Choose a different username
If you’ve encountered any of the above errors, have fixed them, but the error keeps coming back -> Clear your browser’s cache. If you don’t know how to do this, do a Google search for “Clear the cache in Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.” It’s very easy!
Can’t log in?
Are you sure you already have an account with us? Just because you’ve subscribed to the newsletter to receive emails doesn’t mean you have a user account. They’re two different things. If that’s the case, you’ll need to register a new account. Click on ‘Register’ below the form
