100-HOUR MYOFASCIAL YOGA® TRAINING COURSE
A note from the trainer and writer Dr Helena Chacón
- I am writing to you, who love yoga, anatomy and the wisdom of the body
- That you like to look after your body from the inside out, with respect
- That you’re constantly learning
- And it’s not just for your own sake – you enjoy learning so that you can help others to improve their wellbeing.
However, for some time now, your yoga practice has been lacking something. You don’t feel as motivated in your classes as you did at the start, and you feel a bit insecure because you don’t have enough knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics… You need to take it a step further… a step… which you feel involves gaining a deeper understanding of the human body, its mechanisms for self-healing through movement and posture, and, of course, the ways to ensure safety in your yoga sessions

I was in the same position as you are now two decades ago. That’s why I decided to delve deeper into the Myofascial System, which provides the answers I was looking for
In this course, I offer you my research, experience and knowledge. But I also offer you something very personal… it embodies thousands of hours spent in solitude with myself, allowing my intuition, my thoughts and my observations to always stay one step ahead of my demons. What you hold in your hands with this course is the result of a Yogini who won the battle against her shadow. You may like the result more or less, but there is no doubt that it is a course with soul, distilling thousands of hours of work to enable you to learn what is truly essential.
100-HOUR MYOFASCIAL YOGA® TRAINING COURSE
This course enables you to learn a wide variety of exercises for both yourself and your clients

Imagine how your practice and teaching would change if:

The best option in the Spanish-speaking world that combines YOGA and FASCIA

What is Myofascial Yoga®?
Myofascial Yoga® It is an open approach whose objectives focus on improving the fascial tissue and the myofascial system through various techniques, with the aim of achieving a biotensegrity body. It utilises five pillars for the practice of asanas:
- ÉTER – To Feel. Developing body awareness through gentle, slow movements, exploration and self-touch
- AIRE – Open. Large-range joint movements that promote the creation of joint space and the mobilisation of the diaphragms
- FIRE – Transform. Dynamic practices that encourage the formation of new neural pathways, including ‘Tense and Release’ exercises, Catapults, Jumps, Myofascial Vinyasas, etc.
- EARTH – Unite. Static exercises focusing on muscle tone to promote healthy limits and isometric toning
- WATER – To yield. Static, gravity-based (Restorative, Mioball) or assisted (Thai) exercises
