WHO: This talk is led by Helena Chacón, a yoga teacher and trainer, holistic therapist and forest bathing guide. Helena’s interest in the mineral kingdom began in her childhood. She completed her doctoral thesis in geology in 2006. After pursuing a career in science, she decided to train as a crystal therapist at Katrina Raphael’s school. Following years of energy work, she created Crystal Qi® and Crystal Yoga®, in which she brings together her rational learning, her knowledge of Eastern medicine and yoga, and her energy-based experience with the Mineral Kingdom.
