Mindful Breathing and Integrated Pranayama
This course begins as a live online session on 22 January 2027.
A course designed to help you understand breathing, not just practise it. You’ll learn to recognise your breathing pattern, to regulate your nervous system through your breath, and to practise pranayama and kumbhaka with discernment and confidence. From physiology to subtle anatomy, from your first conscious breath to practising whilst immersed in nature.
